Carrie White is the central character of Stephen King's horror novel *Carrie*, first published in 1974. The character has been adapted into several films and television productions.
Carrie is a shy and socially awkward teenage girl who is relentlessly bullied by her peers. She lives with her deeply religious and abusive mother, Margaret White.
